I enjoyed this piece! I had been planning on working on a picture with a leopard appaloosa horse with this background, with the view from the front. (Backgrounds, white horses, and front views are things I need to work on.) Then I saw that Brookiedolly wanted to do some art trades, and I knew this would be a perfect way to practice, only with Vertex instead of the leopard appaloosa! I am happy with the lines for the horse; they came out better than I had expected. I'm not too sure about the shading, and I think I made the lines to thick, though. Not too sure about the background, either. I have trouble with backgrounds. I think that my speedpainting has helped a little, though!!
